On June 12, 2025, a gala lunch was o held at the "Putnik Inn" hotel for all employees, associates and friends of the Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijić" of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts to celebrate the remarkable achievement of our Journal of the Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijić" SASA, which earned the national category M22 based on its indexing results in the Web of Science database (IF2023=1.2, 88/172).

On that occasion, the Director of the Institute, Principal Research Fellow Dr. Milan Radovanović, addressed the audience with an appropriate speech, thanking all those present for their long-term work and support in preparing the publication of our journal.
